Harvey’s Hangover

I have been telling you for some time that Harvey was on track to be the worst natural disaster in American history. As the rain gauges are going past 50 inches and the predictions are being adjusted to indicate that flooding could continue not just for days but in some areas for weeks to come.

Katrina had a final bill of $100 billion dollars but Harvey could surpass that figure if the rain continues.
