Serious Flooding Concerns Appear to Be Easing
Across much of the state our over abundance of snow is slowly melting and it's not raining a lot and that's a good thing say the experts. It's all going away gradually. They say the last thing we need would be really warm temps and then a huge downpour. That torrential combination could easily lead to treacherous flooding not only for lakes, ponds, rivers, streams and even roadways but for basements as well. Many sump pumps are already getting a work out now without having to deal with a sudden deluge too.
