It's Black Friday--the day shoppers and retailers have been waiting for all year.  But experts say it can also be a time when unsuspecting shoppers get victimized.  Police say  this time of year, shoppers are targeted by thiefs.  The recommend  you always keep track of your personal information--like credit cards and identification--use only one credit card that  you can keep track of easily, and be aware of your surroundings when walking back to your car with your 'goodies'.  They say if you can, avoid shopping alone.   A recent survey, meantime, shows people brave the crowds 'not' exclusively to get that perfect gift for a family member or friend--but for themselves-- 20-percent of the time!  So don't forget to take care of yourself as well.
