Michigan State University bringing in the big guns.  Former governors Tim Pawlenty of Minnesota and Bill Richardson of New Mexico have been announced as the keynote speakers at the university's upcoming Political Leadership Program in March.   Pawlenty was a candiate for the 2012 Republican nomination for president and Richardson served as Energy Department Secretary.  The Michigan Political Leadership Program is known as the nation's premier training program for political thinkers.  Only 24 men and women are selected to take part in the 10-month training schedule.
