It's Black Friday--the day shoppers and retailers have been waiting for all year.  But experts say it can also be a time when unsuspecting shoppers get victimized.  Police say  this time of year, shoppers are targeted by thiefs.  The recommend  you always keep track of your personal information--like credit cards and identification--and be aware of your surroundings when walking back to your car with your 'goodies'.  They say if you can, avoid shopping alone.   A recent survey, meantime, shows people brave the crowds 'not' exclusively to get that perfect gift for a family member or friend--but for themselves-- some 20-percent of the time!   That means to me, that folks--as busy as they are--always remember to make sure the holidays are a happy time for everyone..
