A New Report on the Government’s Health Care Website

Among the things those at Michigan based Compuware do is analyze how websites are doing. The experts there just finished assessing the HEALTHCARE.GOV website and have determined when compared to other health insurance sites it did not fare very well when response times were taken into account.

In a study done for the Associated Press it found it took someone on average about nine seconds to get connected. Studies show you can get connected to most private insurers sites in about half that amount of time.

"Unacceptable" is the way Compuware characterizes the time it takes to reach HEALTHCARE.GOV.
