WLNS.com reports that work will resume on a new entrance drive to Groesbeck Golf Course through Ormond Park after an Ingham County Judge lifted a restraining order on the project.

Judge James Jamo denied a petitioner's request to stop work in the best interests of local residents around Ormond Park. With work given the green light to resume, the city will complete a new entrance to Groesbeck Golf Course as part of a restructuring and upgrade of the facility.

Additionally, a new pavilion will be built at Groesbeck to allow the facility to host more events. Control of Groesbeck will also be shifted from the City of Lansing Parks and Recreation Department to the Lansing Entertainment and Public Facilities Administration.
