Drone Delivery Testing Gets the Green Light

It's being reported last week a federal judge threw out a case involving a man who was flying drones on a commercial basis. MLIVE.COM is reporting that's coming as welcomed news for Flower Delivery Express based in Oakland County. CEO Wesley Berry says his company has done test flights with a drone before and he says with this court action that testing will get back underway again.

AMAZON.COM has been investigating the viability of delivering packages via drones as well. While some say this is the way a lot of business and commerce will be handled in the not too distant future others worry about overall safety. For example, the F.A.A. contends using drones to deliver things should not be allowed and plans to appeal the judge's ruling.
