Report: B1G To Cancel Football On Tuesday

The Detroit Free Press is reporting that that Big Ten Conference has voted to cancel the upcoming football season as a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The Big Ten would join the Ivy League, the Mid-American Conference, and the University of Connecticut as entities that have canceled their football seasons.

There's no word yet as to whether football, or any fall sports, will be moved to the spring sports season.

An official announcement is expected to come on Tuesday.
