We can all agree puppies are adorable.  One of the things that makes me the happiest is holding a puppy; they are the best. Well, maybe......

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say that those sweet little puppies are linked to a multi-state outbreak of an infection that appears to be resistant to multiple drugs.

An outbreak strain of Campylobacter jejuni has been reported in 13 states and so far 30 people have been infected.

The CDC says lab evidence indicate that the puppies were purchased from pet stores are the likely source of this outbreak.

The CDC says has not yet identified one common supplier of puppies.

Symptoms include diarrhea, stomach cramps and fever, those usually last a week. One way to avoid the sickness is to WASH YOUR HANDS.  So far 30 people have been infected and 4 have been hospitalized in 13 states.
