Ford To Recall 300K+ SUV’s Over Seat Issues

WILX.com reports that Ford Motor Company is issuing a recall of some its vehicles due to an issue with seats.

More than 300,000 2017 Ford Explorer sport-utility vehicles are being recalled over sharp seat frame edges. There have been 31 reports of injuries due to the flaw. The injuries have occurred as consumers reach between the driver seat and the center console.

Upon recall to dealers, flocked tape will be installed to the flawed frames to avoid more injuries.
