#FireColbert Catching Fire

The outrageous profanity laced vulgar attack on President Donald Trump by Late Show host and alleged comedian Steven Colbert this week has triggered a backlash like those on the left rarely experience. During an off-color tirade by Colbert marking Trump’s first 100 days in office he kept going further and further from what anyone with any modicum of decency would find acceptable. It is even more shocking considering that Colbert and those on the left had a field day with Trumps tawdry off camera comments about women and made his lewd references a centerpiece of their anti-Trump efforts before and after the election.

Of course Colbert and the double standard of the left is something we have sadly become all too accustomed to. This time however it seems the rant had a boomerang effect and hit him right between the eyes.

During the meltdown Colbert called Trump a racist by saying, “Sir, you attract more skinheads than free Rogaine,” from there it spiraled out of control. “You have more people marching against you than cancer. You talk like a sign language gorilla that got hit in the head. In fact, the only thing your mouth is good for is being Vladamir Putin’s c—k holster”.

The last comment caught immediate blow back from all sides but most notably those that called the remark homophobic. Viewers took to Twitter and Facebook to call on CBS to fire him immediately. CBS thus far has been mum on the subject but with advertisers considering bailing out it could be tough for Colbert to survive the storm he created. Not to mention it isn’t this President that has been widely rumored to be gay in numerous books, articles and websites.
