Whether it's visiting an apple orchard or carving a pumpkin, according to Good News Network, more than half of us are happier when fall weather rolls around. One of my favorite parts of fall is the leaves changing and it looks like I'm not alone, 51% of us look forward to the leaves changing.

Things are a little bit different this year with the pandemic. More people are trying to find fall activities they can do from home. I'm a fall fanatic and I love everything about it, even the stuff you can do from home. Fall means soup and chili season's here! Making dinner just got that much easier. You can throw whatever you want in the crockpot the day before and by the time you're home, dinner is ready. It's the perfect time to bake too! I'm not much of a baker, but a majority of my friends and family turn into Betty Crocker this time of year.

One of my other favorites is the clothing. Don't get me wrong, I love warm weather too but I'm more of a fall/winter clothing kind of gal. Give me an oversized sweater, leggings and a pair of combat boots and I'm happier than a clam.

Let's not forget about Halloween movies! Good News Network says 35% of us look forward to fall because of the movies and 29% of us are a fan of pumpkin carving! I don't know about you, but I take pumpkin carving very seriously. My pumpkins take a couple hours to carve haha. Here's a picture of some of the pumpkins my family and I carved last year!
