A former Ingham County official--who has confessed twice to killing his own father--is ordered to undergo yet another psychological test to determine if he is competent to stand trial.

50 year old Greg Bosolo, who was a Meridian Township Assessment Review Board member, said he shot and killed his 79 year old father last October because he had reestablished contact with relatives the younger Bosolo said had sexually abused him years ago.

After another confession in court on Wednesday, Judge Rosemarie Aquilina ordered Basolo to undergo more psychological testing.

Bosolo says he'll cooperate with authorities in the exam, but only if afterward he says he'll be able to be held criminally responsible for the murder.
