Three adults in Detroit are facing manslaughter charges in connection with the death of a 4 year old boy.  The men didn't pulled the tigger that killed Jamel Witcher Junior, but--according to prosecutors--they made available the weapon that allowed that tragedy to happen.

The boy was shot accidentally by a cousin who found the loaded gun in a room where the children were playing.   The other child was not hurt.

The case is just the latest to see charges filed against someone "other" than the person holding the gun when a shooting occurs.

While friends and family of the three suspects say they're being used as scapegoats by a society looking simply for "someone" to blame, others say there "is" someone to blame for the death of the young boy.  And that is, those who left a loaded handgun out where it could be easily found by the children.
