Everyone can always pick out their favorite breakfast cereal. My favorite breakfast cereal happens to be Frosted Flakes and Honey Nut Cheerios.

Those are my two favorite breakfast cereal choices that I absolutely love. And I always eat peanut butter toast with my favorite morning cereal.

So what are the most popular breakfast cereals: (not in any particular order)

Cheerios

Rice Krispies

Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Frosted Flakes

Raisin Bran

Lucky Charms

Corn Flakes

Apple Jacks

Did we miss any of your favorites? Let's now take a look at the top 5 unhealthiest breakfast cereals. This is based on the FDA's new definition:

According to cnbc.com:

Raisin Bran (9g of added sugars)

Honey Nut Cheerios (12g of added sugars)

Corn Flakes (300mg of sodium; 4g of added sugars)

Honey Bunches of Oats, Honey Roasted (8g of added sugars)

Frosted Mini Wheats (12g of added sugars)

The best thing you can do is to stay away from cereal that has too much sugar. When you go to the grocery store, just take the extra time to read the nutrition label on the side of the cereal box.

Let's face it, there is a lot of cereal out there containing way too much sugar and that's what you need to pay close attention to.

When I was a kid, I would eat all the sugar cereals I could sink my teeth into. My top choices were Frosted Flakes, Coco Krispies, Sugar Smacks, Fruit Loops, and Captain Crunch.

That was then and this is now. I currently focus on cereal choices not containing too much sugar.
