Despite a lack of wintry precipitation in January, Lansing snowfall is surprisingly above average for the 2022-23 season. How is that even possible?

If you're not a fan of old man winter, I can promise you that those who lived in the capital city weren't very fond of him either during these winter storms.

We've had a few good snowfalls, but nothing that would really signify that old man winter is blowing around.
