Here are Three Big Things you need to know right now.

The battles between city hall and the police is getting uglier. In Portland, the police are fighting back. In Seattle, the Chief of Police is stepping down. And in Los Angeles the Police are telling the mayor they aren’t doing his dirty work!

The President for the second time this week stepped out in front of the cameras and took questions from reporters too. Much of his time was focused on Operation Warp Speed and delivering a vaccine, but of course there is a race for President.

The RACE IS ON! With Joe Biden the former Vice President picking Senator Kamala Harris of California as his running mate. The run to November is now getting serious.

BUT the big nagging question for voters and maybe black voters is simply this. Is this the right pick? Harris failed to get over 5% of the black vote in any of the places she went while running for President herself.
