Parents Not Doing Enough To Prevent Bug Bites
According to a new survey out there, parents may not know the best ways to protect their children from receiving bug bites, according to WILX.
In a new study by the University of Michigan, researchers had done a polled study of eleven hundred parents of young children. In this study, researchers had found that parents were more worried about ticks than they were mosquitoes.
In this study, researches had found that most parents didn't use a bug repellent with Deet in it, which is the most effective protection from mosquitoes.
Additionally, most parents had said that they would seek medical attention if a bug bite caused a fever or rash.
