New Apartments To Be Built At The College of Law Building

After 10 years of owning the building, the MSU College of Law sold their building at 610 Abbot Road, East Lansing, to a developer who will in turn renovate the building and turn it into apartments.

The original purpose of the building was to host the live-client clinics for the College of Law.

The developers, SRI Six, are going to renovate the 51,000 sq. foot building, add apartments to the first floor and fix up the apartments that are already there on the second and third floors.

This project is said to be finished by the 2020-2021 school year.
