Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, doing anything normal is out of the question. A man in the Upper Peninsula was convicted on Thursday in what the Marquette County Prosecutor said, was the first Michigan trial that had been broadcasted over the internet during this pandemic, according to MLive.

The trial had been broadcasted to help protect the defendants right in the trial. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the amount of people allowed in a court room has changed.

Justin David Langsford was convicted by Jennifer A. Mazzuchi on one count of assault with intent to commit bodily harm, with one count of domestic violence.
