G.M. Showcasing its New High Powered Corvette

At the North American International Auto Show in Detroit it's the "2014 Detroit News Reader's Choice Awards" and winning "Best of Show": the Chevrolet Corvette Z06. It's got a 6.2 liter supercharged V-8 and comes with an 8-speed automatic or 7-speed manual transmission. For those who like the feel of a convertible the roof panel can be taken off. It'll go on sale later this year. No word yet what it will cost but the Z06 model that was made prior to this one sold for about $77,000.
