I was born one of a family of eight in Saginaw, Michigan. We were loud and more often talked 'at' each other than 'to' each other, a skill which is perfect for radio. After graduating from Central Michigan University, I worked at a station in Northern Michigan that had as much wattage as a refrigerator light bulb. I went from there to working on a Mexican radio station, where I was eventually kicked out for being an illegal immigrant. My radio travels then took me to the Michigan Lakeshore at 104.5 WSNX and then on to Baltimore, where I enjoyed a modicum of success, which in this business is rewarded with a shove out the door. In my spare time, I enjoy hurting myself with homemade CrossFit workouts and flinging paint on canvas and calling it 'art'. I also have three daughters, who think I teach college for a living.
