Assistant DA Fired In #RapistGetsCustody Case

Sanilac Assistant Prosecutor Eric Scott is out of a job after pushing through a consent decree awarding the rapist of a then 12 year old, joint custody of the boy that was born as a result of the attack. The victim was 12 and her rapist was 19 when the assault occured. The custody award was made earlier this year- and was first reported on The Steve Gruber Show before it went viral and worldwide within a few days. But the story isn't over yet.
