Missing Persons Sighting in Michigan

The case of a missing medical student from West Michigan has just taken another twist.

30 year old Teleka Patrick, who went missing December 5th of last year, has reportedly been sighted in Battle Creek.  The report from two people who say they saw the Kalamazoo woman at a jewelry counter at a Walmart store there earlier this week.

Patrick's vehicle was found abandoned in a ditch along I-94 in Porter, Indiana.  Her wallet and identification were still inside.  The discovery prompted investigators to believe she may have become a victim of foul play.  But evidence found later on, including some YouTube videos, suggested she was fine.

Officials suggested that she could have gone missing on her own and they urged her to come forward for her family.  Still, however, there was no word from the woman.

Patrick's disappearance made even more headlines when well-known gospel music  artist Marvin Sapp announced she had been stalking him prompting him to take out Personal Protection Orders against her.
