URGENT: Police Officers In Michigan Want You To Remove These Stickers

Owning a car can be like owning a moving billboard. You can decide to keep it the color it comes in, or spice up the outside.

You've seen those cars with eye lashes, right? Or, how about even decking out the back of your car with your favorite radio stations bumper sticker?

It's something people have been doing for awhile. However, the police here in Michigan, are sending out a warning to you.

Have Stickers On Your Car, Check For These, NOW!

You probably have seen a lot of these stickers on cars all across the United States as well.

Take a look at the list of stickers you should avoid having on your cars. If you have them on there as well, you may want to consider removing them.

Family Decal Stickers 

It is probably the most recognizable sticker made for your car out there. Chances are, you even have some on your car as well.

While you may just be wanting to show-off, you might be showing off the wrong crowd. You are making it easier for criminals to know who is in your family, how many kids you have, and anyone else you may have in your home.

Youth Sports

While it may seem harmless in your eyes, it actual makes you a target.

Youth sports typically require a lot of time and dedication. Which means, you may not be home as often either. Making you an easy target for criminals.

Gun Decals

While it could be considered a flex, it actually is something to keep an eye on.

Criminals may end up targeting you at the end of the day to try and steal the weapons you have when you're not home.

Small Dog Decals

Look, we all have our fur babies we love and are proud of. They don't always make the best guard dogs, especially if smaller.

By showing if this off, you are in theory telling anyone coming to break in they don't have much to fear in regards to animals. While chihuahuas are evil, they aren't German Sheppard scary.

Honor Student Decals

While you want to boast about your A+ student, you are showing off some different information off to criminals.

There are some points I didn't really think about here. For one, you are basically showing that you have at least one kid in the school district they are an honor student in. As well as telling criminals where your kid attends school, as most decals have a mascot or show which school they are from.
