If you're looking to go out to a Griffins game at Van Andel Arena, better not expect to be able to drink.

According to the arena, they will not have an alcoholic beverages for the next four upcoming hockey games due to a prior incident.

The Michigan Liquor Control Commission has only temporarily suspended the arena's liquor license.

According to reports, the concessions staff as well as volunteers failed to confirm the vertical licenses of two people that had been served.

The arena says it has new policies to prevent another incident from happening again.
