While many fans were left in Pasadena due to weather problems at airports across the country, the Rose Bowl Champ Michigan State University Spartans are back home.

They arrived at the Capital Region International Airport in Lansing Thursday night.  Not many fans were there after airport officials requested any celebrations be held elsewhere due to problems the weather was causing.

That didn't deter fans from turning out, though.  A rousing "Welcome Home" party was held at a nearby facility.  Hundreds turned out at the Skandalaris Football Center to say thank you to the team and coaches.  The Spartans, despite being considered underdogs in the Pasadena game, turned out a 24-20 win over Stanford.
