Prime Music Festival Lane Effecting Downtown Traffic

The Prime Music Festival has officially hit the Lansing area, starting on Wednesday, September 18th and running until Sunday September 22nd. During this time, expect some lane restrictions starting around 7:00 AM.

Grand Avenue will be reduced down to one travel lane on the east side in the area of Shiawasse Street and Schoolcraft. More lane restrictions will be put into place on the south side of Grand Avenue and Shiawasee Street at the intersection as needed.

Be aware of the possibility that the Lansing Police Department may close down Grand Avenue between Shiawasse Street and Saginaw Street during the concerts.

Access to local businesses will still be possible during this time.
