Michigan Gas Prices Jump Up 17 Cents
Probably should've filled up at the pump yesterday. Gas prices took a jump up 17 cents from a week ago to right around $2.74 per gallon now.
The state's highest prices as of now were recorded in Ann Arbor at about $2.80 per gallon, while the lowest price came in in Traverse City at $2.63 per gallon.
The reason for the price hike in the gas is due to an attack on an oil facility in Saudi Arabia.
Detroit's gas prices currently lie at around $2.77 per gallon, and that is up 9 cents from a week ago.
AAA monitors roughly 2,800 gas stations across the state of Michigan.
