A 21-year-old man will face a jury trial and 26 felony counts for recording people without their permission in a Fenton Tim Hortons bathroom.

Eric Andrews Jr. is said to have made 12 to 15 videos of coworkers -- including three who were under 18 -- in various states of undress between 2017 and 2018.

"He had used an old Samsung cell phone and also an iPhone to record those videos," Detective Evan Zapolski told WJRT. "And then, later would back them up onto a laptop. He said he also used a program that would convert videos to pictures."

Zapolski, who works for the Michigan State Police Computer Crime Unit says Andrews used several different camera angles to record his victims.

"One appeared to be in a vent in the ceiling; and then also, we later learned, most likely a backpack or something in a coat across from the toilet," he said.

A trial date has yet to be set.
