On Thursday, the Jackson County Courthouse closed its doors after a person in public services tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, October 21st. The 4th Circut Court, 12 District Court, and County Cleark and Prosecuting Attorney's offices also closed their doors, according to WILX.

One employee has tested positive so far for COVID-19. The court is asking that anyone who utilized in-person public services on Friday, Oct. 9, and is showing COVID symptoms, should call 517-205-6100.
