Get A Free Ride Home In Jackson On New Years Eve

If you're going out for a few drinks tonight with some friends, go and enjoy yourself and get a free ride home, instead of driving home yourself.

According to MLive, Jackson residents can get a free ride home thanks to the Jackson Area Transportation Authority. All you need to do is call 517-788-8410, and you can reserve a ride after 11 p.m.

If you would like to take advantage of this service, you should try and reserve a ride 45 minutes in advance. These rides will NOT take you to other parties, just home.

The annual Eve on The Ave is tonight, celebrating the New Year's with games, DJ and  a New York-style ball drop. You can even expect fireworks after midnight.
