Housing is a growing problem for aging Americans. The boomer generation is becoming one of haves and have-nots

Steve Gruber: You got two million dollars in your retirement fund. You don't need that kind of money. We need to have a tax on your 401k in retirement I mean I foresee that coming. Am I crazy and paranoid or do you see the same sort of thing?

Dr. Michael Busler: I see the same thing if any of the democratic candidates get into office after I be social programs that they're pushing medicare-for-all, Free College tuition et cetera that's going to have to be paid for, not by the wealthy and big corporations, because it's simply not enough of them. It will end up falling down to the middle-class.

Steve Gruber: To everybody

Dr. Michael Busler: They'll say it is just a wealth tax on the very wealthy. It may start out that way but you are right and it will end up filtering down.
