I'm going to be straight up with you. I don't do snakes, spiders, or anything that looks creepy and crawls.

Quite literally, I'm a "It's gonna be a no for me dawg," kind of guy when it comes to creepy looking critters.

With that being said, have you seen Michigan's creepiest looking insects?

Native to the Americas, the Golden Tortoise Beetle is definitely a looker, and not in the good way either! The beetle almost looks a little alien like if you ask me.

This is considered a hummingbird, but I'm going to have to pass on this one. Imagine just sitting outside at your barbeque and you hear this loud buzzing right next to your ear. Only to look up and see something that looks like a hummingbird moth hybrid. I'd probably get up and leave!

Cuckoo Wasp

They can also be known as the emerald wasp, given the colors they have, but this insect almost looks alien like. Given, you could fight most insects look alien like, however, the color coding on this one is a little much for my comfort.

Sowbug Killer Spider

I already stated that I don't do spiders, and while this specific spiders is the natural born enemy (literally) of the sowbug, I'm still going to have to pass. Seeing this thing crawling up my leg would send me into orbit!
