The Canadian man was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Matthew Leitman.

Amor Fthoui, the Tunisian-born man who moved to Canada in 2007, will spend the rest of his life behind bars for the stabbing of Lt. Jeff Neville and the terror attack at Flint's Bishop International Airport.

He reportedly drove over 1,000 miles from Montreal in 2017 to the Flint airport, where he yelled "God is great" in Arabic and attempted to steal Neville's gun and stabbed the officer multiple times. Investigators say he was trying to steal the gun so he could shoot others.

Before his sentencing today, Neville gave a victim impact statement. Fthoui said he had "no regrets" and wished he'd had a machine gun so he could kill more people.

Peace out, scumbag. #FlintStrong
