Big Winter Or Small?

The winter before us may be a punishing cold and snow covered mess or it could be a warm wet sloppy mess. It just depends on who you ask.

You see the Old Farmer’s Almanac says we are in for a lot of heavy snow and colder than average temperatures. NOAA on the other hand says we are in for a warmer and wetter winter season.

What do you expect?
