Wind Advisory Issued for the Lansing Area

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a Wind Advisory for our area. It begins tomorrow morning.

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a Wind Advisory...which is in effect from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Sunday.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

* Southwest winds will gust frequently to 50 mph

IMPACTS...

* Falling tree limbs may damage homes and vehicles and result in power outages

* High profile vehicles may become difficult to operate,
especially on north to south roadways.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
