Capital acquisitions and rentals 2.7%
Travel 0.1%
Payments to school districts, local units of government and others 51.3%
Payments to colleges, universities 3.7%
Bond principal, interest 1.7%
Information technology 1.2%

* Includes Medicaid provider and other healthcare costs
