Warmer Temperatures Expected This Week in the Lansing Area
After a couple of days with low temperatures around freezing, I'm excited to say that some warmer temperatures are on the way later this week for the Lansing area. And when I say 'warmer', we're talking temperatures around 70 degrees! (I'll take it!) And you know what warmer weather means? FLIP FLOPS! (I mean, we still have that Stay Home, Stay Safe Executive Order in place and everything...but still...)
Now, we are going to have to get through a couple of mornings that don't start out that great because there's the possibility of some frost his morning and Wednesday morning. However, after the frost goes away, it's still supposed to turn sunny with a high temperature in the mid to upper 50s each day. (I'll take that, too!) And then, the high temperature on Friday is expected to be near 70. And the weekend? Well, the National Weather Service says that the high temps on Saturday and Sunday are also supposed to be near 70. (With the possibility of a little rain, but I'm trying to be an optimist.) Here's the complete forecast if you need to see it with your own eyes.
