Viking Cruises, which is a cruise line known for being luxury as well as going to places other lines don't, announced today they will be doing Great Lakes cruises soon. According to MLive, Viking announced its plans to launch Viking Expeditions in January of 2022.

Along with the announcement of this they also said they are building a new 665-foot ship called Viking Octantis, which will take passengers through the Great Lakes and also Antarctica. The new cruise ships will house 378 guests in 189 staterooms and have some state-of-the-art features such as The Hangar, which is an in-ship marina.

The cruises around the Great Lakes start in 2022 and most of the trips are 8 days with one trip being 13 days and has you go salmon fishing. So if you are interested you can check out the prices and where they go here.
