Trump Could Pick Woman for VP

What would it take to soften his image and make Donald Trump ‘Presidential’ as they say? Well I would suggest that picking a strong woman may be another master stroke for the New York billionaire in his quest to become President of the United States.

So far Trump has defied the predictions and for the most part he’s defied gravity too in his rise to become the presumptive GOP nominee for President in 2016. Now the discussion has turned from how to stop him to how he wins it all. It is rumored that he has a short list of five people or so that he is considering for his Vice Presidential running mate. The one I think should certainly be there is Susanna Martinez the Governor of New Mexico. A strong woman who also happens to be Hispanic might be a perfect foil to the nasty racist comments and the misogyny labels all at once.

Martinez is also the current chair of the Republican Governor’s Association, meaning she has reach beyond the land of enchantment- New Mexico, not DC.

We will have to wait and see what happens next but the one thing I can say for sure is it isn’t going to be boring.
