The White House's ban on travelers arriving from Brazil will take effect late Tuesday — two days earlier than previously planned. President Donald Trump issued the proclamation Sunday, restricting people who have been in Brazil within 14 days from trying to enter the United States. Brazil is the second hardest-hit country worldwide.
