Snow Emergency Causes Universities to Shutdown

The winter weather has caused universities all across the state to close. Several counties across Michigan have accumulated 12-14 inches of snow, there are areas that have up to 18 inches currently.
- The University of Michigan has cancelled all classes for Monday February 2, 2015 until 6 p.m.
- Michigan State University has cancelled all classes until noon
- Eastern Michigan University is closed Monday and will reopen Tuesday
- Western Michigan University is closed Monday, school will resume Tuesday
