Should Illegal Aliens be Deported without Due Process
Do you believe that any illegal alien caught within 100 miles of our border be deported immediately without due process?

Some people say that the 14th amendment of our Constitution gives illegal aliens the right to due process, does it? The 14th Amendment to our Constitution states:
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Where in the wording or the 14th Amendment do you see the words illegal aliens? What I do find in the wording of the 14th Amendment the word “citizen”. I do see the words “nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws”, does that mean illegal aliens? Does the word “any person” mean illegal alien?
However we do know that authorities in the United States can bypass due process protections with what is called expedited removal, a policy that allows quick deportations if an immigrant is apprehended within 100 miles of the border and has been in the country less than 14 days. People do agree that those seeking asylum must be granted a hearing, but those seeking asylum must come to any of our Ports of Entry and claim asylum. If they do not then they can be deported in an expedited manner with no due process laws afforded to them.
Do you think that those caught attempting to break into our country or those that have broken into our country and have been caught within 100 miles of our border should be deported in an “expedited manner” with no “due process” rights?
I believe that the U.S. Supreme Court should make a definitive ruling on whether an “Illegal Alien” caught entering the United States at the border or within 100 miles of the border is due “due process” rights as per the 14th Amendment.
