Shattering Cold.

I predicted earlier this year that the winter season would be another brutally cold and harsh year. I thought I might have gotten it wrong considering how mild it has been at home for me. Then I saw the forecast for the next 10 days.  The forecasters predicted on Thursday and Friday low temperatures will be 10 to 20 degrees below zero with wind chills 30 to 40 degrees below zero. I foresee if the meteorologist actually got this one right the record low temperatures will be shattered. My recommendation if you are driving any distance make sure you have an emergency kit in your car especially blankets, essential food items, and medication. You never know what can happen and it pays dividends to be prepared.
