The Michigan State wrestler, Austin Franco, who had sexual assault charges filed against him has had those charges dropped due to a lack of evidence.

District Court Judge Andrea Larkin said that there just wasn't enough evidence presented to stand trial against Franco.

Franco was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to LSJ. On one count, Franco allegedly used force or coercion, and on another count, the victim was reportedly incapacitated.

These charges were dismissed back on October 11th after a preliminary hearing.

MSU no longer has Franco's wrestling profile up on their website.
