Governor Gretchen Whitmer highlighted two major challenges facing our state:

1. The need to repair and replace Michigan's crumbling infrastructure.

2. The need to close the talent gap and work with the education community to do a much better job on workforce readiness.

We are also encouraging the governor to lower the high cost of car insurance. Now we need the governor and legislative leaders to roll up their sleeves and get to work.
