Grand Rapids, Michigan made the list at spot number 31 on the list of the rattiest in the country, which doesn't bode well for them in the long run. Grand Rapids was actually up a spot this year compared to last... I hope that number isn't on the rise for our Michigan city.

40.) Flint, Michigan

Flint, Michigan made the list at spot number 40 on the the list of the rattiest locations in the country. Dropping down six spots on the list from where it was last year... that's a good thing for the city of Flint.
