Potter Park Zoo Closed Due To Flooding
Announced on Wednesday, due to both entrances being flooded, Potter Park Zoo is currently closed.
This closure is expected to remain until the water begins receding back.
In a post to their Facebook page, you can already see the water completely covering the roadway at the gates.
The Potter Park Zoo park will be closed to the public Wednesday, May 20, 2020 due to flooding over both entrance drives....

Essential staff will be able to get to the zoo to take care of the animals through their emergency exit.
The zoo has been closed since March 14th due to COVID-19, so it's not like you could've gone anyways, however, the park outside of the zoo gates remained open.
